Biography

Eunice Chapman, 93 passed away Friday morning February 19, 2010 at the Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles, Missouri. On February 16, 1917 she was born in Barnett, Missouri to the late George M. and Anna N. (Cantrell) Hayes. On October 3, 1934 she was married in Barnett, Missouri to Joseph Chapman who preceded her in death on October 13, 1971.

Eighteen Grandchildren, Twenty-one Great Grandchildren & Eight Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Faye Chapman & Ruby Tafoya, one grandson Joe Chapman, and by four sons, Jack, Wayne, Tim & Allen Chapman, and four sisters and four brothers.

Visitation will be held on Sunday February 21, 2010 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, Missouri with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM with Pastor Ronnie Hess officiating. Interment will follow at the Versailles Cemetery in Versailles, Missouri.
