Maxine Allen, 95 passed away on Friday afternoon February 19, 2010 at the New Florence Nursing & Care Center in New Florence, Missouri. On November 25, 1914 she was born in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. George Vanhorn. On September 23, 1933 she was married to Bruce Allen who preceded her in death on October 5, 1966.
Surviving are,
Her Daughter in law, Valerie Allen of Foristell, Missouri and a Niece, Vicki Correale of New York.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Robert Bruce Allen and two sisters.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Eldon, Missouri.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 23, 2010 from 11:30AM - 12:30PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, Missouri. Following the Visitation will be a Graveside Service at Greenmore Memorial Gardens in Barnett, Missouri at 1:00 PM.
Memorials for Maxine are suggested to the First Christian Church of Eldon, Missouri.
