William “Bill” Capps, 63, formally of Brumley, Missouri passed away Wednesday afternoon May 16, 2012 at Ozark Rehab and Healthcare Center in Osage Beach, Missouri. On August 24, 1948 he was born in Brumley, Missouri the son of the late Orville Capps and Ruth (Plemmons) Capps Porter.
He survived by a sister, Helen “Cookie” Butler and her husband Jim of Richland, MO; two nieces Kimberly Phillips and her husband Keith of Richland, MO; Christa Horton and her husband Jamie of Richland, MO; two great nieces, Sara Evans and her husband Matt of Richland, MO; Lacey Moore and her husband Evan of Richland, MO; two great nephews, Garrett Horton and Jacob Horton of Richland, MO; two great great nephews, Lane Evans and Ethan Evans of Richland, MO; and one great great niece, Brooklyn Moore of Richland, MO.
A son, Troy Capps, his father, Orville Capps, his mother Ruth Porter, Step-Father John Porter, a brother, Robert Capps and a sister, Debra Capps preceded him in death.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday May 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM at The Hawkins Cemetery in Brumley, MO with Bro. Warren Mitchell presiding.
Arrangements are under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
